Deposits
A 25% deposit is required to secure all services. This payment is due at the time of booking.

Consultation Minimum
All consultation services require a minimum booking of five hours.

Contract Notice Period
For ongoing contracts, either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice.

Dispute Resolution

I am not obligated to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. However, I am generally willing to consider participating in such a procedure on a case-by-case basis.
